These are the terms under which you buy and use Make It Purr. The app and this website are operated by Andrei Tița, an individual based in Romania ("we," "us").

What you're buying

A one-time license to use the Make It Purr Android app on devices you personally own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. The price is a single payment — there is no subscription. The license is non-transferable; please don't share the APK file or your personal download link with people who haven't purchased.

Updates

We may release updates that fix bugs, improve performance, or add features. While updates are available, they are free to existing customers — use the /redownload page or the in-app update banner to get the latest version. We don't promise to maintain the app forever; if we stop releasing updates, your existing installed version will continue to work.

Refunds

If Make It Purr doesn't work on your device, email us within 14 days of purchase with the email address you used at checkout and we'll refund you in full. See Support → Refunds for the full policy.

EU consumers retain their statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Directive and applicable national consumer-protection law — these terms do not limit or override those rights.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is." We've tested it on the devices and Android versions listed at Support → Supported devices, but we cannot guarantee flawless operation on every Android device. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This does not affect rights under consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Where the law allows liability to be capped, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for fraud, gross negligence, or as required by consumer-protection law).

Acceptable use

Don't redistribute, resell, or modify the APK. Don't use the app to violate anyone's rights, break the law, or do anything that would oblige us to involve lawyers.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms; if you don't agree, you may stop using the app and request a refund within the 14-day window above if applicable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. EU consumers may also bring claims in the courts of their habitual residence as provided by EU consumer-protection law.
